Bräcke is a charming little town located near Östersund that’s definitely worth a short visit. One of the highlights of Bräcke is the picturesque lake, where you can park your camper van or mobile home for the night and enjoy all the basic facilities you need. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The locals are incredibly hospitable and welcoming, making you feel at home.
We strongly advise you to visit the ice cream bar too, which serves up some of the best homemade ice cream we’ve ever tasted. A truly perfect treat on a hot summer day. And if you’re looking for a delicious meal, check out the SherGrill barbecue restaurant. It’s the pride of the town and for good reason. The food is absolutely delicious, even for a demanding palate.
We highly recommend spending at least a full day in Bräcke to fully experience this charming town. Its relaxed atmosphere will help you slow down, just as it helped us.
